Buyer seeks a qualified data management firm to provide Traffic Records Management & Support services. The contractor will work with state highway safety partners to enhance data information systems and improve highway safety data collection. The contract includes developing strategic plans, supporting the Traffic Records Coordinating Committee, and ensuring compliance with NHTSA requirements. The five-year contract may be extended for an additional two years at the buyer's option.

• Experience and subject matter expertise in traffic records and data management

• Support Traffic Records Coordinating Committee administration and activities
• Assist with project development and performance measures reporting
• Arrange and support four TRCC meetings annually
• Develop annual Traffic Records Strategic Plan
• Submit completed plans three weeks before deadline
• Conduct Traffic Records Assessments when requested
• Conduct workshops addressing Traffic Records Assessment recommendations
• Ensure compliance with state and federal NHTSA guidelines
• Provide traffic records information and strategy guidance
• Assist with traffic records project implementation
