The contract requires 490 hours of ongoing maintenance and support for the MADAP WebFOCUS product. Services include upgrading from WebFOCUS 8.2.07 to 9.3, migrating content, remediating and testing various components, and providing mentoring support.

- Migrate existing WebFOCUS content to version 9.3
- Remediate and test WebFOCUS metadata
- Remediate and test WebFOCUS reports
- Remediate and test WebFOCUS Maintain procedures
- Remediate and test HTML web pages
- Provide mentoring for WebFOCUS remediation activities
- Support acceptance testing activities
- Provide post-production support
- Assist with project governance activities
