Buyer seeks to fund four projects addressing Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), Positive Childhood Experiences (PACEs), and addiction prevention in Franklin County. Projects must implement evidence-based strategies to prevent ACEs and build community resilience. Buyer aims to support initiatives that promote prevention, resiliency, and empowerment strategies while addressing health equity and social determinants of health. Funded projects will help reduce the social and economic impacts of ACEs, PACEs, and addiction.

• 5/19/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 6/30/2025 - Award Notification
• 8/1/2025 - Project Implementation Period Begins
• 2/9/2026 - Mid-point Report Due
• 7/31/2026 - Project End Date
• 8/3/2026 - Final Report Due

• Must work for agency providing treatment/support for trauma-affected families
• Services must be provided in Franklin County
• Must designate a project lead as point of contact
• Project lead or designee must attend the 2025 summit

• Implement prevention strategies for Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
• Design programs addressing trauma for children and families
• Focus on health equity in program development
• Address social determinants of health
• Develop sustainability plan beyond funding period
• Engage community partner organizations
• Create programs for substance misuse prevention
• Target specific vulnerable populations
• Attend the 2025 ACEs, PACEs, and Addiction Summit
• Present 5-minute project overview at summit
