Buyer seeks a Florida-based RCO or peer-run organization to provide sustainable mechanisms and supports for statewide recovery community organizations. The contractor will provide technical assistance, training, and support to current, emerging, and new RCOs. This includes promoting public education of peer-based recovery support services, providing peer recovery support training for certification, and serving as key employers of peer recovery support professionals. Buyer intends to shift current RCO development efforts to a statewide Florida-based organization.

- 50% of Board must be people in personal recovery

- Experience as an RCO or peer-run organization

- Facilitate board development for new RCOs
