Buyer is conducting market research to identify contractors capable of providing and installing the CaseCracker Onyx Interview Room Recording System or equivalent product. The system will enhance the 7th Security Forces Squadron Office of Investigations capabilities for recording interviews in subject, witness/victim, and booking rooms. Requirements include HD cameras, microphones, viewing stations, flagging capabilities, and mobile recording functionality. The system must streamline the investigation process with easy recording access and backup capabilities.

• Install CaseCracker Onyx interview room recording system or equivalent
• Provide cameras and microphones for subject and witness interview rooms
• Install camera in booking room with required equipment
• Configure system to store at least 2TB of HD interview recordings
• Set up backup drive system and monitor with export capabilities
• Install two viewing stations in different offices
• Implement flagging system with under-table momentary contact switch
• Install interview in-progress kit with illuminated signs
• Provide mobile interview recording system for off-site recordings
• Deliver 3-year hardware warranty and technical support services
