Buyer seeks to establish contracts for Data Center Services. Buyer requires colocation solution for critical IT infrastructure including space for 15-20 racks with power redundancy and environmental controls. The contract will be for 3 years with an option to renew for up to two additional twelve-month periods. Buyer's long-term strategy is transitioning to Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS).

• Provide data center space for 15-20 full height/42u racks
• Ensure 100% power availability with redundant paths and UPS systems
• Maintain specified temperature (68-78°F) and humidity (35-55%)
• Provide fire suppression system (clean agent)
• Maintain demarcation point for all network service providers
• Manage physical data/network cable between State equipment and provider demarcations
• Provide 24/7/365 controlled physical access with 90-day video surveillance
• Deliver remote access to security and management solutions
• Implement change management and incident response processes
• Support transition to IaaS/PaaS and dedicated network connections to cloud providers
