Buyer is seeking construction services for a two-mile roadway improvement project for gravel roads near the Town of Eaton. The project includes earthwork, stormwater erosion control, revegetation, geogrid installation, aggregate base course, asphalt paving, drainage pipes, traffic control, signing, and striping. The contract duration is 60 calendar days, anticipated to occur during summer 2025. • Perform earthwork excavation and embankment
• Install geogrid pavement reinforcement
• Place and compact aggregate base course
• Install stormwater drainage pipes and structures
• Construct asphalt paving for roadways
• Implement erosion control measures
• Conduct process control testing
• Provide traffic control and safety measures
• Install guardrails, signage, and pavement markings
• Complete topsoil spreading and revegetation
• Remove existing structures and pipes
• Prepare and maintain vehicle tracking pads
• Reset mailboxes, monuments, and ground signs
• Coordinate construction surveying
• Attend mandatory pre-proposal meeting
• Complete project within 60 calendar days
• Maintain sanitary facilities on site
