Buyer is soliciting proposals for technology support services for their Enterprise Web Content Management and Digital Asset Management Systems. Buyer needs expertise in OpenText Media Manager, TeamSite and LiveSite products to provide solution recommendations, implementation services, and technical development. The services will support creation and updates of UC Davis Health websites and new web features, including brand redesign efforts.

• 5/7/2025 - Responses to Written Questions
• 5/16/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 5/23/2025 - Completion of Proposal Evaluation

• Must have been in business for minimum 3 years
• Extensive experience with OpenText products
• Expert knowledge of Java/J2EE and web technologies
• Experience with enterprise-wide website architecture
• Strong technical leadership and solution design experience

• Provide solution architecture design for application and infrastructure
• Configure TeamSite, LiveSite, and OpenDeploy systems
• Develop new components, templates, and solutions
• Implement UI/JS/CSS design solutions
• Create content deployment workflows
• Integrate search, maps and third-party APIs
• Set up access permissions and security
• Support user acceptance testing and fix bugs
• Provide technical leadership for web architecture
• Develop responsive UI with Javascript frameworks
