Buyer seeks a contractor to install forty new sidewalk curb ramps throughout the Town of Holliston. The project includes adjusting 360 feet of granite and concrete curbing, installing cast iron detectable warning pads, and ensuring all ramps meet ADA compliance. • Minimum three similar references from past five years

• Install 40 new ADA-compliant sidewalk curb ramps throughout town
• Adjust 360 feet of granite and concrete curbing
• Install cast iron Duralast detectable warning pads in all ramps
• Ensure all curb ramps are minimum six inches thick cement concrete
• Place asphalt to meet curb ramps, existing sidewalk and street
• Compact gravel with minimum 6,000 pounds of compaction force
• Provide traffic control signage and coordinate police detail/flagger
• Apply loam and seed where needed around curb ramps
• Compact bituminous concrete with minimum 2-ton vibratory roller
• Complete all work before school year starts (August 30, 2025)
