Buyer is seeking comprehensive IT support services for a five-year contract period. Services include strategic planning, device support, network administration, security, cloud services management, and user support. Buyer requires both regular monthly support and as-needed project services for their nine-workstation environment. The selected vendor will function as a virtual CIO helping buyer maintain secure and reliable technology systems.

• Provide virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) services including strategic planning
• Conduct network assessments and create infrastructure improvement recommendations
• Maintain IT asset inventory tracking hardware, software, and licenses
• Perform regular server and network maintenance and security updates
• Monitor and ensure successful data backups and security protocols
• Provide help desk support during normal business hours
• Assist with cloud service evaluation and implementation
• Develop annual IT budgets and replacement schedules
• Support remote access systems for hybrid work environments
• Coordinate IT equipment procurement following agency policies
