Buyer seeks a consultant to support Regional Innovation Hubs across Oregon. The consultant will plan and facilitate quarterly and monthly meetings with Hub grant awardees. They will create a Community of Practice with peer learning sessions and networking opportunities. The consultant will help foster innovation-based economic development throughout Oregon by strengthening regional innovation ecosystems.

• Plan and facilitate monthly virtual meetings for Hub grant awardees
• Facilitate quarterly peer learning sessions
• Develop agenda, take notes, and handle session follow-up
• Create peer learning cohorts based on Hub-identified topics
• Develop and maintain resource lists and professional development activities
• Foster trust and collaboration between partners
• Contribute to reports for public and legislative audiences
• Solicit input on session topics and approaches
• Develop productive relationships with Hub grant awardees
• Support networking and collaboration in regional innovation ecosystems
