Buyer seeks a contractor to design and facilitate community roundtable conversations focusing on financial empowerment and racial wealth equity. The contractor will plan and facilitate 5-6 roundtables on topics including housing, wealth extraction, asset preservation, and access to capital. Buyer will use insights gathered to inform a municipal financial empowerment blueprint to be released at the end of 2025. Services will include planning, facilitation, and producing a final report summarizing community input.
