Buyer seeks a qualified consultant to develop a Sustainability Framework for ENRICH-LAC to ensure long-term viability. The consultant will provide strategic guidance, technical expertise, and stakeholder coordination to elevate the Family Partner model in pediatric settings. This includes developing funding mechanisms such as Medi-Cal reimbursement pathways and policy recommendations. The consultant will lead efforts in sustainability planning, systems change, and policy development to position the buyer as a leader in early childhood development.

• Seven years experience in strategic planning and consulting in health services
• Seven years experience leading multi-stakeholder projects with government agencies
• Experience with early childhood development systems and policies
• Seven years experience working with government agencies providing consultation services
• Three years familiarity with Los Angeles County's Children's Medical Services
• Three years expertise supporting federally-funded HRSA and MCHB initiatives

• Develop a comprehensive Sustainability Framework for ENRICH-LAC
• Create a detailed project management workplan
• Conduct a sustainability needs assessment
• Develop a map of the current ECD/EI ecosystem
• Organize informational meetings with policymakers and health payers
