Buyer seeks an experienced operator for historic Folger Stable and ancillary facilities at Wunderlich County Park. The provider will operate 30 horse stalls, manage daily care and boarding of horses, maintain facilities, and coordinate with historical programs. Operator must provide sufficient staffing including on-site supervision and develop comprehensive operations and emergency response plans.

• Five years experience providing comparable services
• Sufficient staffing including qualified Site Manager
• Proven financially sustainable operations
• Compliance with regulations for boarding facilities
• No violations related to horse care
• Registration with System for Award Management

• Provide daily turnout and feeding for boarded horses
• Clean stalls and turnouts daily
• Maintain arena according to manufacturer specifications
• Develop emergency response plan for horse evacuation
• Staff facility 7 days including holidays
• Maintain 24/7 on-call veterinarian services
• Coordinate with historical programs at the facility
• Pay 10% of gross revenue to maintenance fund
• Create arena membership program
• Implement manure management system
