The selected vendor must provide comprehensive written reports with test results and suitability recommendations within one week of evaluation. Evaluations must comply with all relevant laws including ADA and be free from any form of protected-status bias.

- Provide comprehensive written reports within one week
- Include specific recommendation regarding applicant suitability
- Ensure evaluations comply with ADA requirements
- Deliver bias-free assessments per applicable regulations
- Meet POST Regulation 1955(a) requirements for peace officers
- Interpret psychological test results
- Assess mental/emotional fitness for high-stress environments
- Hold blocks of appointment times for Fire District
