Buyer seeks professional consulting services. The consultant will perform services as detailed in Exhibit A (scope of work) and maintain proper insurance and licensing. Buyer requires monthly invoices and detailed documentation for all work performed. The consultant must maintain records for at least three years and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• 5/16/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Professional licenses and permits required for profession
• Valid business license from City
• Ability to maintain required insurance coverage
• No conflicts of interest with City

• Provide professional consulting services as specified in Exhibit A
• Maintain proper insurance including workers' compensation and liability coverage
• Submit detailed monthly invoices for services performed
• Deliver all work products upon contract termination
• Maintain accurate books and records for minimum three years
• Comply with prevailing wage requirements if applicable
• Ensure subcontractors meet all insurance and licensing requirements
• Maintain all necessary licenses and permits
• Submit proper documentation for reimbursable expenses
• Deliver final reports sealed by licensed professionals when required
