Buyer seeks business entities to become sponsors for recreational programs, events and venues in Kissimmee. Sponsorships will vary in monetary value and be flexible based on the nature, size, and needs of each program, event, and venue. Buyer will evaluate proposals based on operating expenses, value of support, audience alignment, experience, and absence of conflicts of interest.

• Previous sponsorship experience
• Consistency of product and services with event audience
• No conflicts of interest with the City

• Provide company branding for display at sponsored events
• Fund recreational programs through monetary sponsorship
• Collaborate on customized social media advertising campaigns
• Approve use of sponsor branding within specified timeframes
• Participate in event promotional activities
• Provide in-kind services for city recreational programs
• Supply marketing materials for event distribution
• Enter floats or vehicles in parades as sponsors
• Maintain compliance with nondiscrimination policies
• Coordinate with city staff on sponsorship implementation
