Buyer responds to approximately 3,500 EMS calls annually providing both ALS and BLS transport services. - Manage accounts receivable including denial follow-up
- Support California-specific reimbursement programs (VRRP, IGT, PP-GEMT)
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient data security
- Generate monthly financial and collection reports
- Provide multilingual patient support call center
- Integrate with ESO Electronic Health Record system
- Demonstrate AB 716 compliance in billing practices
- Offer fair dispute resolution for patient concerns
- Support audits and data reviews
