• Five years SharePoint planning, implementation and deployment experience
• Five years SharePoint data migration and testing experience
• Five years SharePoint governance, policies and data management experience

• Five years SharePoint end user training experience
• Experience with similar government organization engagements

• Implement SharePoint Online with uniform look and feel
• Migrate content from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online
• Archive 50% of SharePoint 2016 content to MS O365 Cloud
• Develop SharePoint Online governance plan and policies
• Create site architecture and taxonomy design plan
• Deploy SharePoint Online in development, test and production environments
• Conduct SharePoint Administrator technical training
• Provide end user training and materials
• Implement workflows and dashboards
• Develop data migration and testing plan
