- Conduct workshops with the Regional Coordination Committee (RCC)
- Develop matrices of goals and strategies tied to prioritized needs
- Prepare interim plan following TxDOT Coordination Guidebook format
- Develop final 5-year regional coordination plan with stakeholder input
- Submit monthly progress reports and maintain project management
