- Perform initial and ongoing analysis of 340B program for compliance
- Maintain 340B database with contracts and documentation
- Conduct monthly internal compliance reviews
- Review contracts, policies, procedures for accuracy and compliance
- Submit monthly reports on financial and compliance information
- Support ESP uploads and designation
- Prevent duplicate Medicaid discounts and update exclusion files
- Serve as primary consultant for all 340B matters
- Provide in-person support during HRSA audits
- Assist with monthly journal entries for contract pharmacies
