Buyer seeks consulting services to develop and facilitate a strategic plan. The plan will guide the Village Board on future direction of the Skokie community. Buyer wants a data-driven, community engaged planning process to achieve a long-range vision of transformation. The project requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders including board members, residents, staff, community groups, and local businesses.

• Facilitate a structured and inclusive planning process
• Engage stakeholders through workshops, interviews, surveys, and public meetings

• Identify strategic priorities aligned with community values

• Create a roadmap for a newly elected Village Board
