Buyer seeks services to certify their Automatic Passenger Counters (APC) for compliance with FTA National Transit Database reporting requirements. The project includes conducting manual ridership counts to validate APC data and developing a web-based dashboard to analyze ridership patterns. Buyer operates 75 APC-equipped fixed-route buses and requires ongoing technical support for the dashboard software. The certification must be completed within 90 days.

• Experience with NTD certification process for APCs
• Experience developing web-based applications and reporting systems
• Provide minimum five references of similar contracts
• Ability to provide on-site support for implementation

• Certify Automatic Passenger Counters (APC) for FTA compliance
• Conduct 50 manual ridership counts to validate APC data
• Develop web-based dashboard for analyzing APC data
• Create data cleaning protocols for APC ridership data
• Integrate with GMV Synchromatics CAD/AVL system
• Provide visualization tools for analyzing ridership patterns
• Coordinate with FTA for final APC certification
• Develop APC Maintenance Plan for ongoing validation
• Provide training for dashboard software use
• Deliver two years of technical support for dashboard
