Services include market research, brand architecture, brand strategy implementation, and campaign strategy to ensure alignment with the greater UW brand. Buyer will add selected vendors to an established pool for potential second-tier selection for specific scopes of work.

- Develop brand architecture showing relationships between units and entities
- Create unit-specific brand strategies aligned with UW's overarching brand
- Facilitate input sessions with leadership and constituency groups
- Translate research into actionable brand strategy implementation
- Establish reputation benchmarks with key constituencies
- Assess current brand position of university units
- Develop brand positioning, promise, personality, and voice
- Create cohesive messaging framework for storytelling across units
- Design inclusive processes that facilitate stakeholder buy-in
