Buyer is seeking benefit consulting services and/or actuarial services for their health benefits programs. The contract term is for three years (December 2025 to November 2028) with an option for two additional years. Buyer requires analysis and recommendations for their benefit programs, actuarial services for health benefit rates, and regular review of plans. Services include ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, preparing bid specifications, and conducting regular meetings to review claims data.

• Must be an independent contractor not affiliated with any institution that may propose a benefit plan

• Analyze and recommend benefits program structure, design, coverage, and funding mechanisms
• Provide actuarial services for health benefit rates
• Prepare annual review and summary plan documents
• Develop bid specifications for insurance and benefit contracts
• Ensure benefits programs comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Conduct quarterly meetings and prepare claims information
• Establish rates and target reserve levels for self-funded plans
• Assist with wellness program initiatives and measure ROI
• Analyze health plan rates, costs and budget impact
• Recommend strategies to manage and minimize health claim costs
