Buyer seeks qualified contractors to provide financial regulation examinations and analysis services. The work requires certified financial examiners and qualified actuaries with specialized designations for both property/casualty and life/health insurance lines. Services include conducting examinations, performing analysis, and evaluating regulatory compliance of financial entities.

• 5/15/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Five years' experience in financial regulation examinations within last seven years
• Employ examiners with three years' financial regulation examination experience
• Have Examiner in Charge with Certified Financial Examiner designation
• Employ at least one examiner with Accredited Financial Examiner designation
• Have Fellow/Associate of Casualty Actuarial Society for property/casualty lines
• Have Fellow/Associate of Society of Actuaries for life/health lines
• Employ at least one member of American Academy of Actuaries
• EIC with five years' financial regulation experience in last seven years

• Conduct financial regulation examinations
• Perform financial analysis of regulated entities
• Serve as Examiner in Charge (EIC)
• Provide actuarial services for property and casualty lines
• Provide actuarial services for life and health lines
• Assess compliance with regulatory standards
• Evaluate financial stability of regulated entities
• Prepare examination reports
• Analyze financial statements
• Identify potential financial risks
