Buyer seeks qualified professionals to conduct classroom observations in Pinellas Head Start Early Head Start classrooms. Services include assessing teacher-child interactions using evidence-based tools like TPOT and TPITOS. Observations will occur twice per program year with reports on strengths, areas for improvement, and recommendations. The contract will initially run for three years with potential for two additional one-year terms.

• State of Florida licensed for job specific services
• Not currently debarred by any government entity
• Successful experience within past two years
• Level II Background Screening for on-site supervisors
• Master's degree in clinical social work or mental health
• Licensed or registered intern pursuing licensure per Chapter 491
• Two years experience providing therapeutic interventions to children
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification

• Conduct classroom observations using TPOT and TPITOS assessment tools
• Assess quality of teacher-child interactions
• Provide written reports within 14 days of observations
• Ensure compliance with Head Start Performance Standards
• Identify areas for professional development
• Attend quarterly Health Service Advisory Committee meetings
• Document findings using standardized forms
• Maintain confidentiality of staff and children
• Complete observations twice per program year (Fall and Spring)
• Coordinate with program administrators to minimize disruptions
