Buyer seeks a strategic technical consultant to provide support for the Sierra Leone Livestock and Livelihoods Development Program (LLDP) Project. The consultant will provide five embedded roles including a Team Leader and specialists in market/value chain, veterinary services, livestock production, and monitoring/evaluation. Buyer requires technical assistance for developing Project Appraisal Document (PAD) and Project Implementation Manual (PIM) for a joint project with IFAD supporting the Sierra Leone Government.

• Conduct livestock value chain assessments and analyses

• Provide technical leadership for livestock health activities
• Support livestock producer hubs establishment
• Coordinate veterinary services, equipment, vaccines, and medicines
• Design animal health care service implementation
• Mainstream Nutrition and Gender in LFFS
