The contract period is from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2030 with four one-year renewal options. • Independent Certified Public Accountant
• Licensed to perform audits in Virginia
• Met peer review standards of AICPA
• Staff must meet continuing education requirements
• Minimum of five years in auditing services

• Audit all funds and financial entities in accordance with auditing standards
• Prepare consolidated financial statements with auditor's opinion
• Test internal controls including Client Funds validation
• Conduct compliance testing per Government Auditing Standards
• Prepare tax returns for component entities
• Issue reports on fair presentation of financial statements
• Issue reports on internal control structure
• Evaluate Federal assistance programs and compliance
• Submit draft reports by October 31
• Provide professional consultation throughout the year
