• Evaluate existing IT infrastructure including admin and 911 datacenters, hardware, VOIP system
• Define Recovery Time Objectives and Recovery Point Objectives for business needs
• Assess location options for disaster recovery site
• Develop detailed budget for implementing and maintaining the DR solution
• Analyze current data management systems to identify critical assets
• Recommend disaster recovery site options
• Create comprehensive Disaster Recovery Needs Assessment Report
• Conduct weekly onsite meetings during the assessment phase
• Develop Executive Summary of findings and recommendations within 3 months
• Produce detailed financial analysis for DR implementation
