• Experience performing similar services for similar-sized cities for 5+ years
• Knowledge in criminology, criminal justice, and civil rights issues
• Ability to analyze data and create reports with recommendations

• Prepare racial profiling report meeting state requirements
• Conduct quarterly audits of racial profiling data
• Analyze motor vehicle contacts and asset forfeiture seizures
• Review racial profiling training curriculum and provide updates
• Perform crime trend analysis with License Plate Camera data
• Determine optimal placement of cameras and acoustic devices
• Analyze crime data to affirm current equipment placement
• Project future equipment placements to address crime
• Evaluate impact of surveillance devices on communities served
• Provide statistical analysis of police department data
