- Create GIS mapping and data visualization of hazard risks
- Assess NFIP insured structures damaged by repetitive flooding
- Facilitate public stakeholder meetings to gather community input
- Compile findings into FEMA-compliant multi-jurisdictional mitigation plan
- Identify potential funding sources for implementing mitigation strategies
- Navigate SCEMD/FEMA review process for plan approval
