  • Experience maintaining documentation for program goals
  • Experience facilitating training in human services field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Understanding of Strategic Prevention Framework
  • Perform administrative tasks related to target outcomes and prevention reports
  • Serve as liaison between Sr. Program Manager and community partners
  • Coordinate technical assistance and training supporting Strategic Prevention Framework
  • Provide administrative leadership to create sustained prevention capacity
  • Assess prevention practice needs and recommend enhancement options
  • Integrate best practice approaches with community partners for sustainability
  • Train and implement national best practice methodologies for Substance Use Prevention
  • Facilitate education on key prevention concepts
  • Document and evaluate success factors in prevention systems development
  • Facilitate culturally competent practice and organizational change
  • Establish networks with community stakeholders through extensive in-state travel
  • Attend national trainings and develop models for knowledge transfer
  • Support coalition meetings and development
  • Maintain professional integrity with community providers and partners
  • Facilitate training face-to-face and virtually
