Services are to be provided on an as-needed basis during the 2025-2026 school year. The buyer has approximately 950 special education students across multiple schools. The successful provider will work on-site in schools to implement behavior plans, provide therapy, and train staff.

- Current NJ licenses and certifications for all professionals
- Board Certified Behavioral Analyst certification
- Successfully complete criminal history background check
- Current status in NJ Department of Education Approved Agencies if applicable
- Authorization to do business in New Jersey
- Develop and implement behavioral programs for students with autism
- Provide supervision to staff implementing behavior plans
- Assess student performance and evaluate IEP-related needs
- Conduct discrete trial and incidental teaching
- Provide direct applied behavioral therapy services
- Develop individualized behavior plans
- Train teachers and paraprofessionals through professional development
- Implement differential reinforcement teaching strategies
- Support classroom curriculum through appropriate activities
- Assist Child Study Team with program management
