Buyer is seeking a qualified consultant to support the expansion of its Aviation Program. The project includes identifying flight schools for collaboration, conducting a feasibility study for an air traffic control program, researching potential partnerships for aviation mechanics education, and designing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aviation Management. The consultant will work with various departments and identify industry professionals to assist with program development.
