• Lead team member must have at least five years of network security experience
• Must be an independent entity free from financial entanglements with vendors

• Provide 24/7/365 Help Desk support with multiple tiers of service
• Implement comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery solutions
• Deliver Managed SOC-as-a-Service for continuous threat monitoring
• Conduct vulnerability testing of network infrastructure
• Deploy antivirus, anti-spam, and anti-malware solutions
• Develop strategic technology planning with NAA leadership
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management
• Deliver on-site and remote technical support
• Provide security awareness training for end-users
• Ensure compliance with PCI standards and regulatory requirements
