Buyer seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide marketing and auction services for the sale of approximately 25 parcels of Borough-owned lands. Services include conducting a live public outcry/simulcast online auction and a subsequent online-only auction for unsold parcels. The live auction will be held on August 9, 2025, with bidder registration beginning at 9:00 a.m. A secondary online-only auction must begin by October 9, 2025 for any remaining unsold parcels.

• Experience conducting live public outcry/simulcast online auctions
• Capability to operate online auction platform

• Develop and implement KPB-approved marketing plan targeting borough residents
• List all identified sale parcels on local Multiple Listing Service
• Post signage advertising road-accessible properties 30 days before sale
• Register and vet all bidders using approved registration forms
• Conduct live public outcry/simulcast online auction for approximately 25 parcels
• Facilitate secondary online-only auction for unsold parcels
• Maintain digital records of all bidding activity and transactions
• Provide licensed Alaska Real Estate Broker supervision throughout all auctions
• Document winning and second position bids with numbered receipts
• Deliver comprehensive bid tabulations with proper certification
