The provider will manage network infrastructure, CAD system, security systems, and provide 24/7/365 support for critical systems. Buyer requires onsite support Monday through Friday with on-call support for emergencies. The selected vendor will maintain a wide area network connecting 45 member departments and multiple tower sites.

• Provide 24/7/365 help desk support for critical systems
• Manage and support Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure across 52 locations
• Support microwave, TDMoIP, and simulcast radio systems
• Implement security solutions and monitor systems
• Manage backup and disaster recovery processes
• Support remote agencies with network connectivity issues
• Administer Microsoft environments and email systems
• Provide strategic technology planning and roadmap development
• Manage alarm monitoring network for public safety agencies
