- Account team principals must have five years relevant experience
- Develop public awareness campaign for Teen Distracted Driving program
- Create evidence-based educational materials targeting teens
- Implement strategic media outreach across California's diverse populations
- Design cutting-edge educational programming activities
- Develop creative messaging that influences attitudes about distracted driving
- Produce campaign materials that drive teens to alternate behaviors
- Establish clear metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Coordinate with law enforcement stakeholders
- Implement cost-effective delivery systems for campaign messaging
- Submit detailed final report by October 31, 2026
