Buyer seeks a qualified firm to provide primary/acute care and substance use disorder services for the Henrico County Sheriff's Office jail system. Services include telemedicine coverage for two jail facilities housing approximately 1,080 inmates. • Virginia licensed autonomous practice nurse practitioners with 10+ years experience
• Must provide Virginia licensed registered nurses
• Must comply with ACA and Virginia DOC standards

• Provide two autonomous nurse practitioners for telehealth and in-person acute/chronic care
• Operate telemedicine services at two jail facilities
• Provide substance use disorder treatment including medication management
• Manage SUD for opioid users with medications like suboxone and vivitrol
• Document all clinical services in HealthSecure electronic medical record system
• Supply two registered nurses - one for telehealth, one for SUD services
• Conduct daily review of labs, X-rays, and specialist reports
• Comply with ACA and Virginia DOC standards for medical care
• Provide clinical documentation services during afternoon hours
• Conduct peer review every two years per ACA requirements
