Buyer seeks to develop and implement a 60-hour Gang Reduction and Youth Development (GRYD) Intervention Case Manager Certification training program. The program will equip case managers with advanced skills to serve high-risk individuals aged 14-26. Training will focus on reducing participants' risk levels, enhancing resilience, and fostering community well-being. The curriculum must incorporate national best practices in community violence intervention with emphasis on trauma reduction.

• Established training provider with expertise in violence intervention
• Demonstrated knowledge of GRYD's Models of Practice
• Experience training community-based organizations
• Experience in curriculum development
• Understanding of cultural dynamics in GRYD zone neighborhoods
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and family resiliency

• Develop 60-hour training curriculum aligned with GRYD's Comprehensive Strategy
• Facilitate training for 50 case managers from 22 non-profit organizations
• Create training materials including slides, handouts, and case studies
• Incorporate national best practices in community violence intervention
• Design modules on trauma-informed approaches and resilience building
• Include content on effective systems referral management
• Develop self-differentiation behaviors and family-centered activities guidelines
• Create interactive sessions with role-playing and real-world application exercises
• Provide post-training evaluation reports and outcome summaries
• Develop certification program and issue completion certificates
