Buyer is seeking a qualified consultant to coordinate with their emergency managers on developing an annual emergency tabletop exercise. The consultant will support the city's Tabletop Exercise Committee (TTEC) in designing and implementing the exercise. Additionally, buyer requires assistance in identifying appropriate emergency management training for all staff and developing a comprehensive training schedule. The exercise is scheduled for November 14, 2025.
