Buyer is seeking multiple vendors to provide professional development trainings and workshops for their Head Start, Early Head Start, and Texas Workforce Commission's Child Care Services Programs. The trainer will enhance child care service quality through comprehensive training in areas including child care management, leadership, classroom management, teacher-child interactions, and supporting children with developmental needs. Services may be provided across multiple Texas counties including Dallas, Collin, Navarro, and others.

• Registered trainer in Texas Early Childhood Development System
• Spanish-language professional development capability preferred

• Deliver professional development trainings to Head Start and Early Head Start programs
• Provide workshops on child care management and leadership practices
• Conduct training on classroom management and learning environments
• Facilitate sessions on teacher-child interactions and warm caregiving
• Develop trainings for supporting children with developmental delays
• Create inclusive classroom environment strategies
• Deliver content on 0-3 brain development
• Provide mental health training for infant and toddler specialists
• Offer health and safety training for indoor/outdoor environments
• Facilitate staff mental health and wellness workshops
