Buyer seeks a vendor to conduct four electronic recycling events in different locations across Weld County. The project includes planning, setup, and management of e-waste collection events scheduled for 2025 and 2026. Buyer requires the vendor to handle, package, transport, and properly dispose of all collected electronic waste in compliance with regulations. The goal is to provide Weld County residents with a convenient, low-cost opportunity to responsibly recycle their electronic waste.

• Current local, state, and federal permits for e-waste handling
• Ability to handle and transport electronic waste legally
• Experience with e-waste collection events
• Proper equipment and trained personnel for e-waste management

• Plan and execute four e-waste recycling events across Weld County
• Provide proper handling, packaging, transport, and disposal of e-waste
• Ensure compliance with federal and state e-waste regulations
• Provide certificates of recycling and hard drive destruction
• Supply equipment, materials, and personnel for receiving and sorting e-waste
• Manage traffic control and site operations during events
• Accept a wide range of electronic devices for recycling
• Generate status report and final completion report
• Secure EPA identification number before events
• Assume generator status for all collected materials
