Services include maintaining accurate assessment records, completing state reports, defending assessments, and providing in-person taxpayer support. The contract term is three years with opportunity for renewal.

- Comprehensive Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance
- Experience with Vision and MUNIS/ERP software
- Value 7,108 real estate parcels and 8,314 personal property accounts
- Conduct business personal property revaluation in May 2025
- Complete annual sales ratio study and Municipal Valuation Return
- Manage E-911 addressing function with Police and Fire Department
- Defend assessments before York County Commissioners and review boards
- Maintain assessment data in both Vision and MUNIS systems
- Process and validate exemption applications
- Provide 16-20 hours monthly of in-person taxpayer support
- Review and make recommendations on abatement appeals
- Prepare real estate and personal property billing files
