• ACGME accredited program located within Missouri with initial or continued accreditation
• Must be Missouri hospital, medical institution, community-based ambulatory center, or GME consortium
• Host or work toward hosting medical students from Missouri-based medical schools
• Project director with 2+ years experience working with interdisciplinary teams

• Develop 8-week cumulative addiction training curriculum for GME programs
• Develop 8-week cumulative rural training curriculum for GME programs
• Identify training locations and establish agreements with faculty and facilities
• Submit detailed project plan with objectives, activities, and deadlines
• Develop program letters of agreement with training sites within 6 months
• Participate in quarterly meetings with state agency to report progress
• Collaborate with state GME Technical Assistance Center
• Attend annual multi-day in-person GME meeting
• Submit GME Curriculum Enhancement Final Report
• Maintain commercial tobacco-free campus policy or work toward adoption
