- Must be Missouri hospital, medical institution, community-based ambulatory center, or GME consortium
- Host or work toward hosting medical students from Missouri-based medical schools
- Project director with 2+ years experience working with interdisciplinary teams
- Develop 8-week cumulative addiction training curriculum for GME programs
- Develop 8-week cumulative rural training curriculum for GME programs
- Identify training locations and establish agreements with faculty and facilities
- Submit detailed project plan with objectives, activities, and deadlines
- Develop program letters of agreement with training sites within 6 months
- Participate in quarterly meetings with state agency to report progress
- Collaborate with state GME Technical Assistance Center
- Attend annual multi-day in-person GME meeting
- Submit GME Curriculum Enhancement Final Report
- Maintain commercial tobacco-free campus policy or work toward adoption
