Buyer is seeking professional engineering consulting services to support various airport infrastructure and development projects. The selected firm will provide comprehensive planning, design, and management services for the Shenandoah Valley Airport. Services include master planning, feasibility studies, detailed design solutions, construction management, and operational analysis. The initial contract period is one year with option for four additional one-year renewals.

• Experience providing engineering consulting services for airports
• Licensed to practice engineering in Virginia
• Experience working with FAA, Virginia Department of Aviation, and local municipalities
• Team with qualified professionals experienced in airport development projects

• Conduct needs assessment for airline terminal, general aviation terminal and ARFF building
• Design and rehabilitate existing pavements for ramps, taxiways, parking lots
• Extend taxiways and aviation technology park aprons
• Develop ARFF training site and expand airline terminal ramp
• Rehabilitate and expand airline and general aviation terminals
• Conduct environmental assessment for master plan projects
• Administer Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program
• Manage airport sign and marking plans
• Provide construction oversight and quality control
• Assist with obtaining regulatory permits and approvals
