Buyer seeks qualified firms to provide professional structural engineering, architectural, and geotechnical services on an as-needed basis for a period of three years. The contract may be extended for up to two additional years. Services include structural evaluation of water facilities, architectural services, geotechnical investigations, and construction support services. Multiple contracts may be awarded with a cumulative value not exceeding $3,000,000.

• California licensed Professional Structural Engineer
• DIR registration required before submitting proposal
• Prevailing wage compliance required for applicable services

• Structural evaluation and design of existing water facility structures
• Design pipe supports, thrust restraints, and concrete pipe encasements
• Provide architectural services including floor plans and exterior elevations
• Conduct geotechnical field reconnaissance and subsurface investigation
• Perform groundwater monitoring and install sampling wells
• Conduct geologic mapping and field sampling
• Measure electrical resistivity, pH, chloride, and sulfate content of soils
• Review contractor submittals and provide construction support services
• Perform quality assurance reviews of plans and specifications
• Design concrete slabs, vaults, walls, and other structures
