• Complete proposal that includes pricing and information as stated in the RFP document

• Provide bus advertisements in various exterior and interior sizes
• Supply billboard advertising via bulletins and posters throughout Oakland County
• Deliver mobile geofencing advertisements
• Consult and make recommendations to County graphic staff
• Provide graphic assistance if needed
• Accept artwork in required file formats (.PDF, .EPS, etc.)
• Install advertising materials across Oakland County
• Reach diverse population demographics throughout the county
• Provide market demographics and population reach information
• Deliver health promotion advertising for various health topics
