Buyer seeks a qualified vendor to provide professional services for ESRI Utility Network design and migration planning from ArcGIS Enterprise Geometric Network. The project focuses on comprehensive analysis, design, migration planning, and risk mitigation for implementing ESRI Utility Network for electric and gas domains. Buyer operates the second largest municipal electric utility in North Carolina and the largest municipal gas utility in the state. The project will begin summer 2025 and conclude by end of year.
